"In the cold light of day" is an introspective photo story inspired by living in Zagreb in 2019. Upon hearing various experiences of LGBTIQ+ individuals, certain attitudes were a reminder of his upbringing in a more conservative Malta that he ran away from back in 2007.  

"In the cold light of day" is a story about memory, anxiety, empathy and finding peace with the past.
